Are you getting a little tired of hosting meetings and need a change of scenery for your next meeting or event? Then maybe it's time to try Copenhagen's hottest floating meeting and event space, which can be booked for either a full or half day.
The Floating Room rocks on the water but does not sail. Until mid-October, it is located in front of BLOX. Every two months, the location of the room will change to a new spot in Copenhagen Harbor. The Floating Room is Danish designed by SEANICS and equipped with video conferencing equipment, speakers and VELUX flat roof windows.
When booking the venue, it is possible to purchase coffee, drinks and food for a complete day for you and your colleagues! The icing on the cake is to add a captained cruise with GoBoat's new Cruise electric boats.

Complete the meeting experience: Rent a private luxury boat with captain
Do you want the Floating Room experience to be the icing on the cake? Then we recommend either arriving or departing in style in a GoBoat Cruise luxury boat. There is room for up to 9 people in addition to the captain, who will take you from A to B.
If you have booked a boat trip either before or after your meeting or event, our captains will bring or pick you up directly to and from The Floating Room. The cruise boat docks at the floating terrace, so it's easy to get on board. It is possible to be sailed around both inside and outside the Port of Copenhagen.

It's easy to rent The Floating Room for the whole day - or just half a day (morning or afternoon). You can check availability and book directly online. Here you can also add catering as needed.
If you would like to add a captained sailing trip to a GoBoat Cruise, please request it via this form.
Rules and information about renting The Floating Room in Copenhagen Harbor:
- Full day: 8:30 - 17:30 (select 9 hours)
- Morning: 8:30 - 12:00 (select 3.5 hours)
- Afternoon: 12:30 - 17:30 (select 5 hours)
- The Floating Room can accp,,pdate a maximum of 20 people. As e meeting room we recommend a maximum of 12 people as there are 12 chairs.
- The Floating Room floats but does not sail. You can use both the meeting room and the terrace throughout the rental period.
- Payment when booking online - by card or invoice.
- Flexible: Online rebooking or money back untuil 10 days before the booking starts.

Prices for The Floating Room in Copenhagen Harbor
Choose whether you want to book the room all day, morning or afternoon. The meeting room can accommodate up to 12 people seated (e.g. for meetings) or up to 20 people standing (e.g. for receptions).
Morning (8.30-12)
Start your morning meeting by the water and enjoy the sunrise over Copenhagen Harbor. Catering for the meeting can be purchased.
We recommend that you take a GoBoat Cruise incl. captain after the meeting. Lunch can be purchased on the boat.
You'll have access to audiovisual necessities, WiFi, pads and pens in a Danish-designed and decorated meeting room that is stable in the water.

All day (8-18)
Enjoy a full day in Copenhagen Harbor. Start the day with meetings, good breakfast, coffee and tea. Lunch can be purchased and enjoyed close to the meeting room.
We'll clean up and restock around lunchtime so that the room is ready when you return.
We recommend booking a GoBoat Cruise tour during the day for the best day.

Afternoon (12.30-17.30)
Enjoy the afternoon life of the harbor from the meeting room windows while holding your meetings on the water. Purchase refreshments to keep your energy up. The terrace is free to use for fresh air between sessions.
Start the day in style and arrive in a GoBoat Cruise (have lunch on the boat) with the captain - or end the day with a boat ride.

We recommend adding food and drinks to your booking*. You can buy drinks, lunch and snacks. Add it to the booking while you're booking. Remember to choose the catering that suits the date you are booking. We work with different partners depending on the location of the meeting room.
- Suggestions for the morning: Breakfast with a partner, coffee/tea and water, snacks. Finish with lunch nearby with a partner or on a GoBobat Cruise
- Suggestions for afternoon: Start with lunch nearby with a partner or on a GoBoat Cruise, coffee/tea and water, afternoon cake, dinner with a partner nearby or on a GoBoat Cruise
