You can choose to rebook or get a refund if there are more than 10 days (240 hours) before the booking starts. In your order confirmation you will find a link where you can edit your booking. You will also find Refund is also described in the confirmation.

If there are less than 10 days (240 hours) until your rental date, it is not possible to rebook or get a refund.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to GoBoat bookings, cf. section 18(2) and (3) of the Consumer Contracts Act.

You can choose to book a full day or half day (morning or evening). A full day costs 11,995 DKK, while a half day costs 7,995 DKK ex VAT for the room rental. You can add catering or a boat trip with a captain to complete the experience.

We do not offer a discount on The Floating Room rental. However, renting a full day is cheaper than two half days. In addition, we offer a discount on GoBoat Cruise boats with captain if you rent The Floating Room.

If you have booked The Floating Room, you get a discount on GoBoat Cruise if you book a boat trip to or from the meeting room. Write to customer service to book and get the discount.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the rental. A crew member will be ready to let you in and explain how the technology etc. works.

If you arrive late, you still need to return the meeting room at the same time as agreed so the next guests don't have to wait.

You can park in various locations close by.

Islands Brygge: We recommend the normal parking lots nearby.

In The Floating Room itself there is no toilet. But you will find restrooms very close to the room.

Islands Brygge: You can use the restroom at GoBoat's own office at Islands Brygge 7. Grab the crew
at check-in at GoBoat and they will let you in.

It is strictly forbidden to pee from the terrace into the water. Please be respectful and use the toilets located close to the different locations of the venue.

Islands Brygge: There is a defibrillator in the GoBoat pavilion at Islands Brygge 10.

You can find the nearest defibrillator along your route here or in the TrygFonden heart start app.

You must be able to enter and leave The Floating Room yourself. Unfortunately, we have no disabled ramps or similar.

The Floating Room is very stable on the water. So if the weather is not so good, you can use the room. Weather is therefore not a prerequisite for canceling a booking.

In case of storms and stormy weather, where we consider a safety hazard, we will cancel the booking. If this is the case, we will contact you and you will receive a refund.

The interior dimensions are: 2.80 m x 9.60 m
Terrace dimensions are: 3.00 m x 10.00 m

When you're in The Floating Room, you can't fall into the water. When staying on the terrace, barriers are set up all around, so it's virtually impossible. But just in case, there is a lifeline. For the same reason, we do not allow alcohol parties in The Floating Room.

We can accommodate 20 people for receptions and standing events.

We can accommodate 12 people for meetings and seated events.

No, you cannot bring your own food and drinks. You can purchase food and drinks from our partners. The selection is based on which date you rent.

No, The Floating Room is fixed to the dock. However, as the room floats on the water, the slight rocking sensation will be felt from time to time. If you experience seasickness when you're on the water, be aware that this can also occur after a longer stay in the room. Wind and other boats can create small waves that cause the room to move slightly.

The Floating Room is moved approximately every two months to a new location in the harbor.

Yes, there is a touchscreen and a camera that connects to your computer.f

Yes, there is a standard power outlet and WiFi is available. You will find the code in the room.

Yes, you can lock the room when you leave it (e.g. to have lunch or go sailing) to keep your belongings safe. You must also lock the room when you leave it.

Yes, as part of renting The Floating Room, you can use the terrace and the furniture on the terrace.

Yes, you can drink beer and wine in The Floating Room purchased by us. You cannot bring your own alcohol.

Remember that the harbor is a public place. Many people live close to the harbor and canals. Safety is very important, both yours and others. Show respect and responsibility when you are in The Floating Room and on the terrace.

No, smoking is not allowed in The Floating Room - not even on the terrace. Therefore, if you need to smoke during a booking, please move away from the room.

The person booking must be 18 years old. There is no age requirement for the additional guests in The Floating Room.

No, our locations are carefully selected. If you have access to a bulwark, you are welcome to contact us for a possible collaboration, where The Floating Room can be located with you for about two months.

We don't. We want to make the water accessible to everyone, but for safety reasons, we do not offer parties with large amounts of alcohol, bachelor parties or similar.

We therefore reserve the right to refuse these types of parties, even if the booking is paid.

No, it is not allowed to swim from the Floating Room as we are not located in a swimming zone. If you wish to swim, we recommend that you do so either before or after your meeting in The Floating Room in the designated zones in the harbor.

External speakers are not allowed in The Floating Room. We must be considerate of our neighbors and other road users in the harbor. We therefore reserve the right to confiscate speakers.

Yes, The Floating Room is insured. However, as a renter, you are responsible for what happens to The Floating Room. If you damage the room, part of it or fixtures, or if you damage other people's boats or other property, you will have to pay the deductible of up to DKK 4,000, which depends on the extent of the damage.
The insurance does not cover your personal belongings that are lost or damaged.

We recommend that you have your own liability and personal insurance.
